    Business Development Executive

    Reports To: Business Development Manager

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executives to drive the sales of EPCIM solutions, Oil & Gas products, OEM equipment, and industrial services.
    • The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, promoting EPCIM-related products and services, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth across the Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, Construction, and Industrial sectors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of EPCIM products, solutions, equipment, and services.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, and Industrial sectors.
    • Engage EPC contractors, operators, procurement teams, project managers, and end users.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
    • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and client submissions.
    • Track upcoming projects, tender opportunities, and procurement requirements.
    • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
    • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and project teams to provide customer-focused solutions.
    • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Product Sales, or Account Management.
    • Experience selling EPCIM services, Oil & Gas products, OEM equipment, valves, pumps, instrumentation, piping, mechanical, electrical, or industrial solutions is highly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas and Engineering industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
    • Ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
