Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Sales Specialist based in Lekki, Lagos, with some remote work from home arrangements acceptable.
• The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and meeting sales targets.
• Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing training and support to customers. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and Relationship skills
• Proven experience in selling HMO products, HR softwares, and Payroll products to HRs and decision makers, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the finance or lending industry is a plus
