    Assistant Manager, Learning and Development

    Key responsibilities

    • Design learning curricula, blended programs (in-person + e-learning) and training materials aligned to client needs and CREM service offerings.
    • Manage day-to-day learning operations: scheduling, trainer allocation, participant logistics, and training resource preparation.
    • Deliver facilitation for selected courses and co-facilitate major programs (both classroom and virtual).
    • Oversee third-party facilitators and internal trainer rosters; maintain quality standards and facilitator evaluations.
    • Implement assessment and evaluation frameworks (pre/post tests, Kirkpatrick/ROI indicators) and produce training impact reports.
    • Ensure CREM’s e-learning catalogue management, course uploads and LMS administration.
    • Work with sales and team members to do training proposals, costing and timelines for client engagements.
    • Maintain training records, attendance, budgets and KPI dashboards; recommend process improvements to increase utilization and profitability.

    Qualifications & experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or related field. Master’s or professional L&D qualification is an advantage.
    • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training Delivery or Talent Development (corporate or consulting environment preferred).
    • Hands-on experience designing blended learning, running classroom workshops and managing e-learning content.
    • Experience with LMS administration, assessments and training evaluation methodologies.
    • Strong stakeholder management, ability to liaise with clients, line managers and external vendors.
    • Excellent facilitation, written and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with authoring tools is a plus.

    • Results-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple programs concurrently.
    • Analytical, able to turn learning metrics into meaningful insights for clients.
    • Team player with supervisory experience; good coaching capability.
    • Strong attention to quality and detail in learning design and delivery.

    • Competitive gross monthly salary band: ₦250,000 — ₦300,000 (depending on experience and role fit).
