    Area Sales Manager

    • Achieve monthly , quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area
    • Develop and implement area-specific sales plans aligned with the company objectives.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities,retail partners and channels.
    • Monitor sales performance ,analyze markets trends and recommend improvement actions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors ,salons and beauty stores.
    • Ensure product availability ,visibility and proper merchandising in stores
    • Negotiate placements, promotions and display opportunities to increase sales
