Area Sales Manager at SNF Foods Limited

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts within a designated geographic area. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, managing a team of sales representatives, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Details

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the area.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Manage, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Sales Officers.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
5. Monitor competitor activities and market trends and report insights.
6. Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer complaints.
7. Conduct regular market visits and ensure market coverage and product availability.
8. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field .
2. 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in [FMCG].
3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
7. Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
