Role Description

• This is a full-time role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations within their assigned territory.
• This involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, supervising sales teams, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Sales skills, including experience in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and meeting monthlysales targets for assigned region.
• Experience in the FMCG industry (Oral Care/Toothpaste Category) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
• Proficiency in Information tracking, Sales analytics and power point presentation
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the local market at assigned territory is a plus.
