Area Sales Manager - HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)
Are you passionate about driving sales growth in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)? We’re looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team, expand market share, and build strong client relationships.
What will you do
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel decision-makers.
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Track and report sales performance to management.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with proven success in HORECA.
Proficiency in sales forecasting tools, data analysis, and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
