Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Officer to join our growing real estate company.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing our affiliate network to drive property sales, lead generation, and brand visibility.
• This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and a good understanding of digital and offline affiliate marketing in the real estate space.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage real estate affiliates, partners, and agents.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow affiliate engagement and performance.
• Monitor affiliate campaigns, track performance metrics, and ensure targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Train affiliates on product offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Create regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Handle affiliate inquiries, provide support, and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or partnership management (experience in real estate is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Awka, Anambra State.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly (Plus Attractive Commission).
