Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily lounge activities and coordinate staff duties.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor sales, upselling, cash handling, and daily operational reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and general hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, wastage, or discrepancies.
• Ensure staff punctuality, proper grooming, and compliance with company policies.
• Report operational issues, incidents, and staff performance concerns to management.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
