Administrative Manager (Healthcare) at Plumptre Advisory

Job Summary:

• This position is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the clinic, ensuring seamless service delivery, exceptional patient experience, regulatory compliance, and sustained business growth.
• This role requires a confident leader with strong commercial acumen, strong administrative experience and a polished corporate presence.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ senior-level experience managing a private medical or surgical practice.
• A candidate with at least 7 years of experience in administration or operations in a non-healthcare setting but with at least 3 years in a managerial position may also apply.
• Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is highly desirable
• ICSAN, CMD, CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or any related professional qualification would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of private healthcare operations in Nigeria would be an added advantage.
• Executive leadership and people management capability.
• Strong financial, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High standard relationship skills and providing services to High Net Worth Individuals.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
