Shopfloor Assistant at Prime Pharmacy

Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:

• Restocking out of stock items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
• Taking out of stock orders and ensuring prompt delivery of out of stock from warehouse daily.
• Assisting customers in locating desired shop items
• Ensure items on shelves are arranged in an orderly manner at all times.
• Assist customers in carrying goods purchased
• Ensure all shelves are cleaned daily
• Working with colleagues to keep the sales and floor area clean and organized at all times
• Addressing customers complaint and inquires as it partains to product on shelves and call the attention of the supervisor and manager where need be
• Arranging and labeeling goods in the display shelves
• Assisting customers in finding the product they are looking for.
• And any other responsibilities that may be assigned and allocated to you by your superior.
