Operations lead Officer at Morning Star Crest

We are looking for an experienced Male Operations personnel to supervise customer service team, oversee daily operations of the business, and help increase business volume/growth.

Key Requirements:

• Work with the team to increase business productivity
• 2–5 years relevant work experience
• Must have supervised a team (3–10 staff)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be firm, organized, and result-oriented
• Comfortable handling field or external challenges when necessary
• Experience in logistics, or service-based business is an advantage.
• Must reside within the axis of idimu-ikotun lagos state

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations 
• Monitor and guide customer service staff
• Improve response time and customer retention
• Handle escalations confidently
• Ensure discipline and accountability
