     A Lagos-based aviation services company emphasizes reliability and precision in its air logistics solutions. We are seeking a Corporate Secretary to manage front-desk reception and provide executive support. The Corporate Secretary will act as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and assisting senior management with scheduling, correspondence and administrative coordination. In line with Company’s commitment to precision and timeliness, the ideal candidate will ensure that all communications and appointments are handled efficiently. Core duties include maintaining the executive calendar, organizing meetings and travel, and preparing and filing documents and reports.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist office visitors, clients and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Manage incoming communications: answer and screen phone calls, route messages, and process incoming/outgoing emails and mail. 
    • Coordinate executive schedules by arranging appointments, meetings and travel itineraries for senior managers. 
    • Prepare and maintain electronic and paper records, including reports, correspondence and meeting minutes. 
    • Handle confidential documents with discretion and integrity. 
    • Monitor and order office supplies; negotiate with vendors for office equipment and maintenance as needed. 
    • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects to support efficient office operations. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree (or HND) in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field (A diploma may be acceptable for candidates with strong experience.) 
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a secretarial, administrative or executive support role 
    • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office software. Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills. 
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
    • High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Benefits:
