Job Description

• Payroll Closure
• The Officer ensures that Payroll is closed on or before 27th day of every month or report if there is delay
• Ensure that salaries are paid within 48hrs of client paymeny and follow through in case of complaints of non-receipt of salaries, nothing that all salary complaints must be attended to within 24hours
• Payment Officer is to first thing on daily basis check for failed transanctions on the company online platform, report such and reprocessed within 24hours.
• daily cash position is prepared and distributed to relevant officials by 10am daily.
• Compute VAT schedule and remittances
• Post reciepts on daily basis and engage in regular reconciliation of customers ledger with credit control office for accuracy.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BSc qualification with 5 - 6 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
