Account Officer at Arksego Nigeria Limited

We are seeking to hire an experienced Accounts Officer to support its Finance and Payroll Management functions. The individual will support payroll processing, invoicing, and financial reconciliations. This is an execution-focused role requiring proficiency in using Ms-Excel and understanding of end-to-end payroll management.

This is not a senior role, but accuracy and discipline are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll of employees - large volume of employees
• Support payroll reconciliations and adjustments
• Raise client invoices and track payments
• Reconcile payroll, invoices, and receipts
• Prepare statutory deduction schedules and make payment remittances as as when due.
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Support finance reporting and documentation etc.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years experience, preferably within security services, outsourcing, or manpower management firms.
• Proficiency in Ms-Excel - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Reconciliations etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
