    Retail Store Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role located in Lekki, Enugu, Awka, Abuja, Kaduna, Port Harcourt. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, and maintaining consistent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff management, fostering a positive team environment, ensuring inventory accuracy, enforcing loss prevention measures, and delivering an excellent shopping experience for customers.

    Qualifications

    • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
    • Effective Communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and staff
    • Proven expertise in Store Management, including staff supervision and operational planning
    • Experience with Retail Loss Prevention strategies and maintaining store security
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle fast-paced retail environments
    • Previous experience in retail management or related roles is highly desirable
    • Commitment to fostering a positive customer-focused environment

    Human Resources Manager

    Role Description

    • We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team on-site at our Lekki location. In this role, you will oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies, and provide guidance on performance management. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance team engagement and development.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
    • Experience in developing and enforcing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
    • Proven ability to manage performance evaluation, employee training, and development initiatives
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
    • Proficiency in human resource management software and tools
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Previous experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
