    Strategy Manager

    Role:

    • Provide technical leadership in business management and serve as the organizational think-tank across all departments. The Strategy 
    • Manager will harness data-driven insights, business intelligence, and healthcare knowledge to design and implement strategies that strengthen organizational growth, operational excellence, and long-term competitiveness. The role ensures board-level strategic alignment while providing technical guidance that supports the organisation objectives.

    Background: 

    • Technical and analytical expertise in business management and healthcare systems. 
    • Direct interaction with the Board, MD, and ED to shape and align corporate vision. 
    • Evolving and highly competitive healthcare industry landscape. 
    • Multi-departmental integration and collaboration. 
    • Requires innovative, research-driven, and forward-thinking leadership. 
    • Develop annual and long-term business plans with measurable KPIs. 
    • Conduct market, policy, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks. 
    • Evaluate current and new healthcare initiatives for sustainability and growth potential. 
    • Conduct feasibility studies and business case development for new services and products.

    Qualifications: 

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 
    • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Strategy/Healthcare Management) strongly preferred. 
    • 8–12 years’ progressive experience in Strategy, Business Management, or Consulting, with at least 4 years in the healthcare industry. 
    • Proven record of advising senior leadership and board-level stakeholders. 
    • Strong background in healthcare operations, systems, and regulatory frameworks. 
    • Certification in Strategic Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Process Management, or Change Management is an advantage. 
    • Proven experience and expertise in working with Balanced Scorecard and Power BI.
