Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. this role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks and support the company's financial operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records
2. Process accounts payable and receivable
3. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
4. Assist with payroll processing
5. Support month-end and year-end close processes
6. Provide administrative support to the finance department

Requirements:

1. National Diploma in Accounting or related field
2. At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
