Front Desk/Customer Service Personnel at Qudusu Digital Solutions

Description:

We invite applications for the post of Front Desk / Customer Service Personnel. The successful candidate will function in a double role as front desk and customer service officer who will receive the company’s visitors, attend to enquiries from visitors and clients, handle calls and mails.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

Requirement

NCE/OND/HND/BSc. certificate from a recognized Nigerian institution. IT students and fresh graduates waiting to be called up for national youth service can also apply.

Salary

70,000 to 100,000 Naira. Decision on the successful candidate’s monthly salary will be made based on the level of certificate possessed.
