Customer Service Representative at Avetium Consult Limited

Language Proficiency: Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa

Remuneration: ₦ 120,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate fluently with customers in French and English.
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate complex matters appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow approved call scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned call centre KPIs, including service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Participate in required training and coaching sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND/NCE or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa is a key requirement
• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or BPO environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic customer service applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift schedules.
