Roles and Responsibilities

• Processing word and providing other office technology support to the organization.
• Composing, typing, proof reading and later distributing memoranda, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, routine letter and other materials for correspondence.
• Scheduling and arranging for travel both local and international.
• Creating a calendar and keeping track of the appointments for manaqement.

Qualification & Experience

• BSc/HND in Secretarial Study, Mass communication, and MSc or MBA in Office Management with ample experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Age: 35 years and above,
• Minimum of 12 years working experience,
• Must have traveled far and wide. computer literate with internet sourcing techniques.    
• Ready to travel at short notice; work under pressure, and at odd hours.
