    Receptionist

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a smart, professional, gorgeous and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a positive first impression for clients and visitors.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Welcome and attend to visitors in a courteous and professional manner
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
    • Handle basic administrative and clerical duties
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
    • Support internal communication and office coordination.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a BSc qualification
    • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage
    • Age Bracket: 30- 40.

    Skills Required:

    • Requirements: Classy, Smart, Intelligent, Courgeous,Presentable, & Unmarried
    • Excellent command of theEnglish Language(spoken and written)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude
    • Good organizational and multitasking ability
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
