DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Chatting with customers, learning their preference and building a good relationship with them.
• Organise training for new stylist. Look for and recommend training for new staff.
• Recommend seasonal promotions for the salon. Does inventory management –monthly stock count. Ensures salon is clean and well organised.
• Informs suppliers when products are about to finish. Ensure Loyal customers get discounts. Schedule appointments as needed.
• Makes sure all staff adheres to policy and procedures of the salon.
• Ensure staff are dressed in the correct attire at all times.
• Ensure camera is on at all times Look for new style suggestions for the salon.
• Arrange at least 1 photo shoot every month Give out feedback forms to new customers and collate the forms.
• In charge of getting and updating customer database.
• Managing Social media platforms

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Candidate must be female and presentable.

WORKING WEEK

Wednesdays - alternating Saturdays and Sundays 9 am -7 pm.

TRAVEL No travel required.
