Accounts Officer at High Caliber Nigeria Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Partnering with the HR team to process accurate, timely monthly payroll for clients or internal staff, including managing deductions. 
• Generating invoices for HR services (recruitment, consulting) and managing client billing, ensuring payments are received. 
• Reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring tax, VAT compliance. 
• Managing company expenses, processing vendor payments, and ensuring all outgoing invoices are approved and accurate.
• Interface with all tax agencies/bodies in relation to tax matters.
• Manage and monitor financial systems and software etc……

Job Requirements

• Must have proven experience as an Accounts Officer (mandatory).
• Preparing financial statements, report sheets, profit/loss reports to provide insights of management.
• Software proficiency (e.g., Quickbooks, Zoho, tally) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data.
• Highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in payroll and invoicing.
