Job Purpose And Key Deliverables

• British American Tobacco has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team in Ibadan. The successful candidate will cover the following areas:

Operations business partnering and budget Co-ordination:

• Sets required timelines for inputs from various departments
• Designs and distributes expense data collection templates
• Supports budget holders in carrying out detailed spend analysis on a monthly basis

Finance processes:

• Performs month end stock count for assigned areas
• Responsible for creating, maintaining and validating required finance schedules both for internal and external requirements
• Supports month end processes by ensuring month end financials reflect reality and are in line with accounting standards
• Ensures assets are capitalised on a timely basis in line with company policy

Requirements
Essential Requirements:

• B.Sc holder in Accounting, Economics or other Social Science field
• Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite, especially Microsoft excel
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills

Desirable requirements:

• SAP Knowledge.
