Outlet Manager at So Fresh Neighbourhood Market

Job Description

• The outlet manager provides visible leadership to team members in the assigned outlet.
• Manages, coordinates and oversess the day to day operations of an outlet profitably.
• Motivates and gives direction to the team to achieve daily sales objectives, food safety, quality standards and other operational objectives set by management for the outlet.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and oversees the day to day operations and efficient functioning of all units within the outlet.
• Ensures strict compliance with the Service Protocols and Job process for all departments.
• Responsible for the entire chain of product management; requisition, ordering, purchase, storage, returns, production and product inventory, taking into account customer needs and preferences.
• Ensures freshness, wholesomeness and cleanliness of all fruits, vegetables and other ingredients used in production activities.
• Ensures strict compliance to dress code, food safety, hygiene standards and quality protocol and general outlook among staffs.
• Liaises with suppliers, distributors, vendors and other service providers to the store.
• Ensure goods requisition and received notes are properly raised and duly signed.
• Acts as the outlet Chief Customer Relations Officer in ensuring continuous customer service management and improvement. Promptly attends to customer inquiries and complaints.
