Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have minimum of three (3) years experience in hospitality industry.
• Must have good interpersonal relationship and supervisory skills.
• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Regularly review product quality received from vendors.
• Order stock supplies and monitor stock levels.
• Manage restaurant’s good image, profitability and suggest ways to improve it
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.

Qualification

• Minimum of HND/First degree in Home & Hotel Management/Food Tech or related field.
