    Software Business Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Software Business Manager will oversee the day-to-day affairs of Uptitek’s software business.
    • This role combines business development, operations management, team supervision, marketing, and product collaboration.
    • The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO to grow the software arm of the company, attract and manage clients, coordinate employees, and contribute to application testing and improvement.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Development & Sales:

    • Prospect and onboard new customers for Uptitek’s software products and services
    • Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
    • Support pricing, proposals, and contract discussions

    Operations & Team Management:

    • Oversee daily operations of the software business
    • Coordinate and supervise software developers, designers, and other team members
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
    • Track performance, productivity, and client satisfaction

    Product & Application Support:

    • Work closely with the CEO and technical team to build, test, and improve software applications
    • Gather user feedback and translate business needs into product improvements
    • Participate in application testing, reviews, and go-to-market planning

    Marketing & Brand Presence:

    • Manage and grow Uptitek’s social media presence
    • Coordinate content creation, announcements, and basic digital marketing activities
    • Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives

    Strategy & Reporting:

    • Assist in setting business goals, KPIs, and growth strategies
    • Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and market feedback
    • Contribute ideas for new products, features, and revenue opportunities

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • 2–5 years of experience in software sales, business management, operations, or a related role
    • Strong understanding of software products, digital solutions, or tech services
    • Proven ability to manage people, clients, and multiple responsibilities
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Experience with social media management or digital marketing is an advantage
    • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
