Maintenance/Quality Assurance Supervisor at Omar Gardens Floral Company

Details:
He/She is to ensure that gardens always meet the standards set by the garden designers/architects and overseas maintenance processes. He/She will develop and review quality and maintenance policies and manage various gardens’ audits.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing the established quality procedures, standards and specifications.
• Maintaining compliance with company maintenance specifications, special handling procedures, and equipments/tools monitoring.
• Continuously evaluate quality systems, and submit change recommendations.
• Implement site specific protocols and procedures, referencing the Company Quality Systems Manual.
• Making sure that maintenance processes meet company’s standards.
• Monitoring gardeners’ performances by gathering relevant information from the clients and producing evaluative reports.
• Maintaining open communication with all Supervisors and team members to ensure that quality processes are maintained at all times.
• Setting up an effective feedback mechanism between the clients and the company.
• Ensuring gardeners’ comply with the clients’ premises rule, evaluating gardeners’ efficacies and weekly reviews of the clients’ complaints for improvement.
• Coordinating site practical trainings.
