Job Summary
- We are hiring a Field & Livestock Operations Personnel to support daily farm activities including crop production, livestock care, and general field work.
- This is a hands-on farm role requiring daily physical work on the farm.
Duties
- Crop planting, weeding, harvesting, and irrigation
- Feeding, cleaning, and caring for livestock
- General farm maintenance and field farm work
- Follow daily instructions and complete assigned tasks
- Record basic updates using simple computer tools (Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp, Teams)
Requirements
- Must be willing to do daily physical farm work
- Computer knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and work consistently
- Previous farm experience preferred but not required
- Growth opportunities are rapid but depend on work ethics, discipline, and performance.
