THE JOB:
To ensure the implementation of strategies that would enhance company's growth in sales.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
• Establish Sales channel and develop new distributor network.
• Develop trade promo policy to plan for effective use of the promo financial budget
• Monitor marketing activities of competitors and report to manage ment.
• Preparation of rolling sales forecast for the next three month.
• Maintaining customer relationship.
• Monthly marketing report
• Coaching and developing of sales skill and competence of subordinate.
THE PERSON:
• BSC/HND Social Management Sciences
• 3 years sales manager expenence on the same position in an FMCG.
• Management leadership, commumcabon, team leader and proactive skills.
• Age range of 28-35 years.
