The Human Resource Officer will report directly to the Managing Director to develop policies, design systems and adopt procedures to attract, retain and motivate a corps of highly dedicated and talented staff that will drive the achievement of the organisation's goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will hold a first degree in a business related discipline with a minimum of Five (5) years working experience in Human Resources. In addition, relevant professional qualifications, such as ACIPM, ACIPD would offer an added advantage.
