Hotel/Resort Manager at Lekki Miami Beach Resort Limited

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper co-ordination of all relevant departments for the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.
• co-ordination of marketing activities to ensure optimum customer patronage.
• Creating the right atmosphere for staff harmony for effective, efficient and productive performance of their duties .
• Ensuring that support services are fully functional at all times.
• And any other assignment as may be directed by Executive Management.

Requirements

• First Degree or HND in Business Management, Marketing and Hotel / Hospitality Management.
• Applicant must have a minimum of five(5) years cognate experience in Hotel Management from a reputable organisation.
• Applicant must be resident in Lagos preferably Lekki Axis and with a very good knowledge of the State.
• Applicant must be computer literate (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel e.t.c).
