Male Office Secretary

Job Description
- Prepare report as instructed
- File document as instructed
- Prepare petty cash vouchers
- Issue petty cash to staff and vendors
- Manage the mail register
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Filing, organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing database of staff and client
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- Logging and processing bills or expenses
- Acting as a receptionist when the need arise
- Performing any other duties as directed.
