    Chief Technology Officer

    Job Description

    • Oversee the development and deployment of the company’s technology assets including both not limited to Mobile and Web App on Android and iOS Store.
    • Developing the company’s Technical Strategy for sourcing and using new and innovation technological resources to advance the company’s goal.
    • Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely.
    • Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.
    • Source, hire, motivate, recruit and lead the Technology Team.

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business
    • You will communicate with other Cofounders, Employees, Investors,
    • Stakeholders and Customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.
    • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role
    • We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts
    • If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker; we’d like to meet you.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
    • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
    • Help departments use technology profitably.
    • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
    • Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
    • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
    • Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
    • Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/B.A in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate Degree is a plus
    • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a Start Up.
    • Knowledge of new technological trends to build a competitive technology strategy.
    • Ability to write codes, build both Mobile and Web App would be an added advantage.
    • Understanding cyber security and how to build complex cyber security infrastructure.
    • Knowledge of Blockchain and the technical around this new application.
    • Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
    • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Leadership and organizational abilities.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

    Sales Executive

    Reports to: General Manager/Brand GM

    Roles Objectives

    • Ensure the commercial success of the allocated brands of vehicles/equipment and also identify new markets and business opportunities.
    • Play active part in the development of short-medium-long term business goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish new business;
    • Identify and secure business opportunities for the organization.
    • Develop relationship with prospective clients and maintain existing customer base.
    • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets (generate sales).
    • Collaborate with the GM to secure, retain and grow accounts through understanding clients’ needs.
    • Conduct effective research analysis on competitors and business environment.
    • Monitor and report on competitor activities.
    • Establish customers’ needs and selling allocated product(s) accordingly.
    • Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
    • Monitor sales progress, and provide weekly reports.
    • Organize meetings with prospective clients;
    • Conduct product demonstrations.
