Senior Water Services Engineer at Victoria Water Services Limited

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Engineer with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the water servicing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a broad and practical skill set across water treatment systems, pumps, motors, mechanical and electrical systems, instrumentation, and maintenance. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment.
• Supervise electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of all plant operations.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose complex technical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise and train technical staff and operators.
• Collaborate with management to improve system performance and reduce downtime.
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum of 10 years experience in water servicing or treatment industry.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, and treatment processes.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and control systems.
• Solid background in instrumentation and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
