    Sales & Client Relations Executive

    Job Brief

    EmergeHub is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Client Relations Executive to drive business growth while delivering an exceptional client experience.

    This role combines sales and relationship management, you will be responsible for attracting new clients, converting leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing members to ensure satisfaction and retention.

    The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and results-driven, with a passion for sales and client engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and social media. 
    • Engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable workspace solutions. 
    • Conduct site tours and deliver compelling presentations of our facilities and services. 
    • Convert leads into paying clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution. 
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and client activity updates. 
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. 
    • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. 
    • Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve services and offerings. 

    Requirements

    • 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. 
    • Minimum of HND or BSc degree. 
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships. 
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach. 
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. 
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Confident in delivering presentations and conducting client tours.
