Job Description:-

Make guests/ patrons feel welcome and at home all the time.
Deal with bookings and reservations by phone, email, letter or face to face.
use computerised system to book rooms and keep details of belongings, and available rooms up to date.
Complete procedures when guests arrive and depart.
choosing rooms and handling out keys.
preparing bills and receiving payments
Answering inquiries / questions about what the Resort offers and the surrounding areas.
And any other assignment as may be directed by Executive Management
