    Sales Representative

     

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    •     Providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers with the goal of customer loyalty and increased business sales.
    •     Listening to and analyzing the customer’s issues, investigating the problems, and providing strategic solutions.
    •     Using judgment to determine appropriate profitability on all orders and taking action when necessary.
    •     Ensuring that customers always have the most complete and up to date information about the status of their orders.
    •     Fostering a team oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence both within and outside the company.
    •     Being willing to remain flexible and adapt to change as we continue to grow as a company.
    •     Continually taking initiative and using strategic thinking to ensure that Forekun Shop is the leader in the eCommerce industry.

    Requirements

    •     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and any other related discipline.
    •     Minimum of Second Class (Hons.) Lower Divisions
    •     Relevant Professional Certifications will be an added advantage
    •     Professional working manner with a minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience
    •     Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills
    •     Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
    •     Proficient in typing at a fast pace
    •     Effectively multi-task and have the ability to learn quickly
    •     Technical Savvy
    •     Bilingual a plus

    Computer Skills:

    •     Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Company Secretary/Legal Adviser

     

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    •     The Company Secretary will be responsible for all organization’s secretarial, legal and governance matters within the company.
    •     Attend all board meetings and take minutes. Fix board meetings of the company.
    •     Gathering all reports, documents and correspondence, which are likely to be needed at the meeting and arranging them in order of business in conformity with the agenda.
    •     Taking notes, recording all vital points and instructions decided in the meeting, and rendering assistance /advice to the Chairman when necessary.
    •     Sending copies of the minutes to directors after they have been corrected.
    •     Advise the company on complying with the applicable rules and regulations.
    •     Maintain the registers and other statutory records.
    •     Render proper returns and give notifications required to be given to the Corporate Affairs Commission.
    •     File all necessary returns, such as special resolutions, annual list, and return of allotments.
    •     Compile and file all statutory returns with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
    •     Act as a bridge between the board and the company.
    •     Act as an intermediary between the company and the public.
    •     Records Keeping and proper filling of all documents.
    •     Ensures the proper custody of the statutory and other books of the company, such as register of charges and account books, register and index of members, register of directors and secretaries.
    •     Draft and review of contracts and service level agreements.
    •     Analyze and review legal agreements, legislation and documents for the board
    •     Interface with corporate entities and individual over compliance and regulatory issues
    •     Keep abreast of relevant legal and regulatory developments, laws and government policies.
    •     Implements an effective legislative intelligence and advisory systems which support the company’s strategic and operational plans.
    •     Manages the organization’s relationship with external counsel and relevant government agencies.
    •     Handle legal issues and court cases.

    Requirements

    •     BL, LLB Minimum of 2.2 in Law, ICSAN professional qualification is an added advantage.
    •     Minimum of 2 years post call in a similar role as a company secretary/legal adviser and should not be more than 37 years
    •     Experience in eCommerce business will be an added advantage.
    •     Knowledge, Skills & Attitude
    •     Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office packages
    •     Proactive, creative, flexible, empathetic and patient
    •     Excellent leadership qualities and good communication.
    •     Concern for order, quality and accuracy, Initiative, Organizational awareness.
    •     Analytical thinking, Team player with excellent personnel management skills.

    Dispatch Drivers/Delivery Drivers

     

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    •     Responsible for driving a van or lighter vehicle to deliver and pick up merchandise or packages.
    •     Takes orders, intercepts package, and delivers to appropriate person.
    •     Obtains signature.
    •     Deliver goods to people or companies.
    •     Take orders in person or over the phone.
    •     Determine address where packages are going.
    •     Check to see if package is damaged.
    •     Load merchandise into van or truck.
    •     Follow traffic signs and street signs to get to destination.
    •     Inspect and maintain vehicle, adding fluids and oil as needed.
    •     Check tyres, brakes, lights, and gas.
    •     Add fuel when running low.
    •     Take payments when needed.
    •     Present change and receipts.
    •     Ensure address on package matches up to delivery address.
    •     Monitor traffic conditions to avoid delays.
    •     Read and interpret maps and GPS directions.
    •     Maintain logs of packages delivered.
    •     Ensure inventory loads match shipping papers

    Requirements

    •     Senior School Certificate (High School Education)
    •     Valid driver's license (CDL -Commercial Driver's License)
    •     Clean driving record.
    •     Minimum of 2 years professional driving experience
    •     Bilingual a plus
    •     Familiarity with Online Shopping

    Customer Service Representative

     

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    •     Provide a friendly, efficient and professional customer service experience using phone, email and the web.
    •     Deal with and respond to all customer contact received by phone, email and web in a professional manner within agreed service levels.
    •     Process customer refunds using website back end system.
    •     Produce reports as requested using relevant systems.
    •     Provide operational, administrative and analytical support to the E-Commerce Operations Manager and any ad hoc tasks that arise within a busy e-commerce environment.
    •     Investigate customer issues with 3rd party partners and brands to a satisfactory conclusion.
    •     Support the photography studio

    Job Specific Skills and Attributes

    •     Must have previous customer service experience preferably gained within a retail/e-commerce contact centre environment.
    •     Must be a confident and strong communicator in order to deal with varying customer issues, build strong relationships with internal teams as well as with 3rd party partners, brands and hosts.
    •     Must possess numerical skills and an analytical mind in order to successfully investigate customer issues, interpret reports and data with ease.
