Description:

• To greet customer and identify his specific reservation.
• To register the guests, ensuring that the necessary details are obtained, i.e. name in full, address, whether company or private booking, special rate, charge details, nationality, passport number, e.t.c
• To allocate rooms according to reservation list, ensuring that this is what the guest has booked, both in items of the rooms itself and the rate to be paid.
• To liaise or alert housekeepers so that the guest’s language is taken to his room and the key is issued.
• To update occupancy list.
• To ensure that all departments, particularly restaurants, are notified of the tariff entitlements.
• To complete office ledger book

All employees are expected to go about their duties in all environmentally responsible manners.

Must be vast with various Nigerian dishes and some intercontinental dishes and know how to grill.
