    Unit Managers

    Job objective is to Attain the Unit’s business goals through quality recruitment and training of Financial Advisers

    Report To: Agency Manager

    Location: Ibadan, Asaba, Enugu

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To recruit a team of Financial Advisers
    • To ensure and maintain levels of productivity
    • To develop various business segments
    • To train Financial Planners
    • To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations


    • Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, BSC, HND
    • Good Communication and team building Skills
    • Training and motivation capabilities
    • Must have managed a team
