    Job Description

    We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. You should also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.

    A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment legislature, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs. A good recruiter can assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.


    • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
    • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
    • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
    • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
    • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
    • Completing paperwork for new hires.
    • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
    • Managing internship programs.
    • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
    • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.


    • A bachelor's degree in human resources.
    • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
    • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
    • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Good decision-making skills.
    • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.

    Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month

    Bike Fleet Manager

    We are looking for highly organized candidates with good quantitative ability for the position of fleet manager. Fleet managers are responsible for assisting in the recruitment of quality riders into the fleet, maintaining detailed records of bikes servicing and inspection and scheduling regular maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, among other duties.

    Moreover, fleet managers will need to discipline riders who are not making efficient use of their time, requiring excellent leadership and decision-making skill.

    Fleet Manager Responsibilities:

    • Purchasing and maintaining bikes for deliveries.
    • Deciding whether to lease or buy bikes.
    • Assisting in the recruitment of quality riders into the fleet.
    • Developing efficient riders schedules to maximize profits.
    • Managing riders so they adhere to strict schedules.
    • Registering and licensing all bikes under their management.
    • Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
    • Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
    • Maintaining detailed records of bikes servicing and inspection.
    • Complying with Transport laws and regulations.
    • Scheduling regular bike maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
    • Monitoring riders behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
    • Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
    • Utilizing GPS systems to monitor riders and track bikes in case of theft.

    Fleet Manager Requirements:

    • Degree in logistics or accounting.
    • 4+ years in a logistics role.
    • Experience in the transportation industry.
    • Outstanding organizational skills.
    • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
    • Quantitative ability.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
