    Store Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop business strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
    • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
    • Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
    • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
    • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
    • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
    • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
    • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
    • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
    • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Business Administration/Business Management or any other related discipline.
    • Candidate must have a Min of 2 years’ experience on the Job Role.

    Sales Engineer

    Job Description

    • Meeting sales budget and timely execution of all Sales activities.
    • Identify business opportunities for Solar/Renewable Energy products/Projects/Services with focus on EPC projects and Energy Services for solar power solutions
    • Identify and select Products/Technologies/Vendors/Service Providers/Tools to convert opportunities in to revenue streams
    • Design solar systems based on customer requirements; mini grid and roof top solar etc. Discuss with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
    • Capable and well conversant to tools and software used for designing solar power solutions
    • Well versed to use portable energy audit instruments such as power analysers, data loggers etc. Able to assess most accurately the energy consumption profile and energy cost profile of the consumers. Capable of optimally sizing solar power solutions.
    • Have very good knowledge of power systems such as solar panels, controllers, inverters/UPS, energy storage (Batteries), protection and security systems.
    • Capable of preparing Single Line Diagrams
    • Assist in researching and developing new products
    • Co-ordination with engineering team on suppliers' end & proper installation of the equipment as per manufacturers' guidelines.
    • Responsible for compliance with ISO system for business process

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must possess a Min of B.Sc Degree in Electrical Electronics or its equivalent in any related field.
    • Must have 3-5 years of experience as a SALES ENGINEER in a Renewable Power Solation Firm.

    Essential Skills and Knowledge:

    • Hands on experience in system design for Solar/Renewable energy
    • Team leadership skills
    • Experience with PV Syst photovoltaic software or similar comprehensive software tools
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent English oral and written communication skill
    • Excellent knowledge on power systems - DG sets, Transformers, Inverters, UPS, MPPT, Solar Panels, Batteries, etc.
    • Skills in setting up remote monitoring system.

    Enterprise Sales Executive

    Job Requirements & Job Description
    Candidate who do not have the following requirement are advised not to apply:

    • B.Sc. /B.A Degree or its equivalent in related field from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in an INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER company a MUST; Experience in ENTERPRISE BUSINESS also a MUST.
    • Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, word and PowerPoint) and in the use of Internet-based resources.
    • Must have experience in the internet connectivity environment and a technical overview or background.
    • Excellent Communication skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, results-oriented with a positive outlook, punctuality, ambitious, clear focus on high quality and business profit, mature, credible, perceptive and articulate.
    • Must be comfortable to contact and deal with all types of companies: small, medium and multi-national companies.
    • Other personal traits: reliable, tolerant, determined, well presented, businesslike, polite, well-mannered and be a team-player.
    • Ability to develop and maintain a computerized customer and prospect database.
    • Ability to prospect for new potential sales, respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
    • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaise with internal order-processing staff.
    • Flexibility is required and ability to work extended hours when required without it upsetting domestic situation.
