    Sales & Billing / Front Desk Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Sales and Billing / Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing front desk operations, attending to walk-in customers, supporting sales activities, and handling billing processes efficiently.
    • The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Front Desk Management:

    • Greet and attend to customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
    • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
    • Direct customers to the appropriate department or personnel.

    Sales Support:

    • Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases
    • Promote company products and services to achieve sales targets
    • Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer requests
    • Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

    Billing & Documentation:

    • Generate invoices, receipts, and other billing documents accurately
    • Process payments (cash, transfer, POS, etc.) and maintain records
    • Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions
    • Reconcile daily sales and billing records.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain records of customer transactions and reports
    • Support inventory tracking and coordinate with the warehouse/store team
    • Prepare daily/weekly sales and billing reports
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
    • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, billing, or front desk roles
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good numerical and record-keeping ability
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
