    Maintenance Superintendent - Civil Mechanical Instrumentation Electrical - 2 positions

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensures safety procedures and work control procedures are implemented and maintained in all work under his control.
    • Ensures Maintenance work requests are attended as per the operational priorities and timelines advised by the Operations Superintendents.

    • Ensures that the entire scope of work is executed through concerned agencies within the approved cost and down time.
    • Ensures change management procedures are followed where there are deviations in the scope of work or cost or time.
    • Establishes workshop with necessary equipment, machinery and facilities required to carry out shop maintenance jobs and maintain the facilities.
    • Handles maintenance jobs which need to be done in the Workshop like fabrication of piping and equipment / re-tubing of heat exchanger tube bundles, testing of safety valves, machining of pump parts, winding of motors, etc.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Panel officer of utility unit shall be responsible for startup/shut down and smooth running of utility units as per position title, Should be well conversant with refinery utility facility.
    • Maintains all operating parameters in line with instructions of Shift Supervisor.
    • Instructs field operators on the field adjustments to be made from time to time for maintaining the plant parameters and reports to Shift in Charge.
