    Social Media Lead

    Job Summary:
    The individual will oversee social media campaigns, online content creation, monitoring and reporting of all social media activities. He/she would coordinate all social media efforts towards driving sales and improving brand presence. 

    Responsibilities

    • Work collaboratively with marketing, PR and advertising in creating social media strategies for the brand
    • Create relevant and engaging content for targeted audience and promote content development through social media campaigns.
    • Manage the organisation’s presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
    • Provide a weekly summary of analytics of our social media platforms and regularly share insights and analytics gained from social media monitoring with the team.
    • Stay current with social media marketing trends and tools; drive website traffic and improve brand visibility
    • Ensure key messages are accurately and consistently expressed in relevant media
    • Develop and implement strategies for in-depth analysis, reporting and growth in online sales KPIs, customer retention and brand experience
    • Ensure timely and accurate deployment of new products and content management
    • Lead online promotional calendar with aggressive conversion-oriented approach

    Desired Competencies & Experience:

    • To be selected for this role, you must be creative with a strategic mind and a desire to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
    • 3-5 years relevant experience in leading social media campaigns.
    • B.Sc/HND degree in any relevant discipline
    • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
    • Hands-on experience in online marketing, SEO, SEM & PPC
    • Have an In-depth knowledge with social media platforms such as:  Facebook, Twitter, 2go, Instagram, YouTube, blogging etc.
    • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc.
    • Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Self-motivated and result driven

    Business Process Lead

    Purpose of the Job:
    To identify and implement business process improvement opportunities which will help eliminate inefficiencies and enable optimal services to be delivered to customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, evaluate, implement, measure, improve and control business processes.
    • Document information obtained using process maps and business requirements documents.
    • Document procedures and present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.
    • Ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with organization’s strategic goals.
    • Work collaboratively across all departments of the organisation to help improve the management of a business process.
    • Introduce innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist organisations to meet its business objectives and goals.
    • Train/educate employees responsible for managing and operating business processes by facilitating the process re-design workshop.
    • Provide process improvement initiatives and managing a team as the process improves.
    • Select and approve Process Owners and other related roles and teams.
    • Manage process change.

    Desired Competence & Experience

    • 3-5 years’ experience in Business Process Management.
    • B.Sc. degree in Business Administration or other related field. Highly motivated, with excellent leadership & influencing skill.
    • Problem solving skills with strong analytic and innovative skill.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
    • Must have an eye for details
    • Change management
    • Must be  computer literate with excellent knowledge of Ms Word, Excel & Power Point
    • Knowledge in creating process flow charts
    • Must be an energetic leader with a spirit of tenacity.
    • Should be able to engage staff and provide trainings
    • Background in IT is an added advantage
