    Course Facilitators (Legal & Law)

    Role Overview:

    • As a Part-Time Legal & Law Facilitator, you will deliver well-structured training sessions focused on real-world legal challenges faced by corporate professionals and public institutions. You’ll equip participants with up-to-date knowledge, regulatory insights, and best practices essential for effective legal and compliance functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate training sessions
    • Design and update course materials, case studies, and templates
    • Engage learners using practical examples, group exercises, and real-case analysis
    • Stay abreast of local and international legal trends and changes
    • Evaluate and provide feedback on participants’ learning and engagement

    Requirements:

    • LL.B and BL (Law degree and Nigerian Law School qualification); LLM or related postgraduate qualifications is an advantage
    • 10+ years post-call experience in legal practice or legal advisory roles (corporate or public sector)
    • Proven experience in lecturing, training, or facilitating workshops for legal professionals
    • Familiarity with Nigerian legal and regulatory frameworks and their corporate applications
    • Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills
    • Availability to deliver in-person training at our Yaba office

    Course Facilitators (Sales & Marketing)

    Role Overview:

    • As a Part-Time Facilitator, you will deliver expert-led training sessions to mid- and senior-level professionals enrolled in our Sales & Marketing programs. You will leverage your experience and insight to help participants master both traditional and modern marketing strategies that drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and facilitate engaging training sessions
    • Develop course materials and case-based content tailored to adult learners
    • Drive class engagement through practical exercises, group work, and simulations
    • Stay updated with marketing trends, tools, and innovations
    • Evaluate participant progress and share feedback

    Requirements:

    • A Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
    • Relevant certifications are a plus
    • Minimum of 10 years professional experience, with at least 3 years in training or facilitation
    • Solid knowledge of both B2B and B2C sales and marketing models
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
    • Availability to teach in person at our Yaba training facility

You will bring practical industry insight, facilitate interactive sessions, and ensure participants gain actionable skills aligned with global standards and evolving financial landscapes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and deliver engaging training sessions
    • Prepare course materials, case studies, and real-world scenarios
    • Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback
    • Stay updated on regulatory and industry trends
    • Provide a dynamic and professional learning experience

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor\'s degree (minimum), preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or related disciplines
    • Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIBN, ICAN) are highly desirable
    • Minimum of 10years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years in training, lecturing, or facilitation
    • Strong presentation, communication, and people skills
    • Proven ability to simplify complex banking and finance concepts
    • Availability to deliver training in-person at our Yaba training center
