Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill Requirements

• Prepare design calculations in Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and/or Piping Systems and Specifications.
• Ability to prepare HYAC and/or Piping Construction Drawings.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA13 & BSI Standard for Air-conditioning, Sprinkler Systems and Piping Systems.
• Must be Proficient in using AutoCAD/AutoCAD MEP for design and modeling systems.
• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering with requisite experience in HVAC and/or Piping Projects in Building Systems Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in consulting engineering,
• Possession of COREN and/or NSE Certification is an added advantage.

• Prepare design calculations in Electrical building services engineering systems - Power, Lighting, Low voltage, etc Systems and Specification.
• Knowledge of NERC and IEE Standards.
• Experience and/or exposure to flats/Voice, UPS System, Security, CCTV and Access Control system is an advantage.
• Must be Proficient in using AutoCAD/ AutoCAD MEP for design and modeling systems.
• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering with requisite experience in Building Systems Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in consulting engineering.
• Possession of COREN and/or NSE Certification is an added advantage.

• Must be proficient in using AutoCAD/ AutoCAD MEP 2015.
• OND / HND in Engineering or Science discipline with minimum of 5 years AutoCAD drafting experience,
