    Chartered Accountant - Navision Accounting Enterprise Package

    Job Description

    • Our client urgently seeks the services of an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant who is conversant with the Navision Accounting enterprise package to join its team.
    • He will manage all aspects of Finance; Operational/commercial Finance, Finance Control, Statutory obligations - Tax, Pension etc, and General administration functions.

    Responsibilities

    • Clients Billings Management - Receivables initiation, tracking, collection, administration and accounting.
    • Vendors Invoices management. - Payables acknowledgement, tracking, disbursement, administration and accounting.
    • General booking.
    • Treasury management
    • Banking management and relationships.
    • Systems and process Compliance.
    • Strong support to management through timely and correct reporting.
    • Commercial administration and controls.
    • Support of Trading/ negotiations
    • General office & facilities management
    • Budgets tracking and performance monitoring and reporting
    • Generation of Financial Statements (P/L, SOFP, Cashflow etc)
    • Attendance to General Admin issues

    Requirements

    • Minimum B.Sc/HND in Accountancy
    • MSc in a finance related discipline is highly desirable
    • ICAN/ACCA is a must have
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Experience using Navision Accounting enterprise package is a MUST have
