Digital Marketer at Mshel Homes Ltd

Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning,  creating,  executing,  and optimizing Digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.  The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving engagement, generating leads,  and improving overall Digital performance through data driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost property sales.
• Plan and manage multichannel digital marketing campaigns,  including social media, email marketing and content marketing,  and online advertising. 
• Create and optimize targeted online ads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. 
• Monitor,  analyse, and report on campaigns performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
• Develop engaging and relevant contents, including graphics, videos,  blogs posts, and social media updates, aligned with Mshel Homes Limited brand and marketing goals.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating impactful posts and engaging with followers. 
• Collaborate with the graphics and content creation teams to produce high -quality marketing materials. 
• Optimize the company's website for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic. 
• Manage and update company's website content, ensuring a user-friendly experience and accurate property listing. 
• Utilize analytical tools (e.g Google Analytics) to track website performance and implement data driven enhancement. 
• Implement effective lead Generation strategies through digital channels. 
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage follow-ups and enhance customer engagement. 
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers. 

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,  Digital Media, Communication, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer,  preferably within the real estate sector. 
• Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools.
• Proficiency in Digital marketing tools and platforms,  including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, MailChimp, and Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, and Social media marketing strategies. 
• Excellent content creation skills,  including copywriting, video editing, and graphics design basics. 
• Data driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
